Starting from Jean-Philippe's latest recording (Alleluiah Graffiti, Klarthe Records) of Bach's Prelude in G as a starting material, which opens the way to written experimentation and improvisation around timbre and melodic cells, the duo will demonstrate the different paths that a simple and venerable motif can offer for writing, allowing for the construction of a given time deferred to infinity, and for improvisation.

Like sodium chloride, which always returns to its initial form of a small cubic diamond after its journey through an organism, the transposed, brutalized, retracted, dilated, or confronted motif with sonic, topological, or social contexts that either annihilate or magnify it, ultimately remains intact for the next play in a different time and space.
