This will be a night of boundless energy as the gloriously weird Chris Burns and his Going Concerns take the stage, joined by the Yoganathan/Jacobs Sound System and ishi tishi. Burns has been a fixture of the Montreal music scene since the early 80s, and his latest project showcases everything he's learned along the way. His Going Concerns deliver high-energy performances featuring a mix of new and old Burnzoid toons. Joining Burns are multi-instrumentalists Cabral Jacobs and Nimalan Yoganathan, who have been innovating for over two decades. Their Yoganathan/Jacobs Sound System project blends dub, free jazz, and experimental electronic music, creating an unsettling and hypnotic sound. And don't miss ishi tishi, featuring the iconic Jackie Gallant, previously of Lesbians on Ecstacy and Slaphappy 5.
