Organized as part of Suoni Per Il Popolo 2024, Benjamin Patterson: REMIX delves into a diverse collection of replica ephemera, videos, sound recordings and research materials from Benjamin Patterson's Hamburg archive. As a renowned musician, composer and visual artist, Patterson played a key role in experimental music and performance art, co-founding FLUXUS, a notable artistic movement of the 1960s. REMIX showcases Patterson's innovative blend of sound and visual elements, demonstrating his distinctive approach to integrating sound into community platforms.

The community is invited to explore the archival media laboratory installed at Casa Del Popolo, featuring looped projections, sound stations and printed documents accessible from June 15 to June 23, 2024, from 1 to 4 pm.

The program is organized by O. Rynell Cash in collaboration with the Benjamin Patterson Archive and Suoni Per Il Popolo '24.
