Michel Langevin
Michel ‘Away’ Langevin is a drummer and founding member of the québécois sci-fi metal band Voïvod. He is also a graphic artist and did the designs for the group’s albums covers and merchandise. He also did art for other musicians including Dave Grohl, Jello Biafra and Danko Jones. Over the years he has also been involved in the avant-garde, musique actuelle and drone scenes, having recorded and/or performed with Martin Tétreault, Michel Faubert, René Lussier, Bernard Falaise, Thisquietarmy, JG Thirlwell and Aun. Michel is a participant in recordings and live events for Dans la rue and Les Impatients.
