IWANT2BEONTV is a Montréal-based collective founded by Alex Apostolidis in 2021, creating hybrid participatory performances, theatre, and concerts that result in video pieces honoring public access cable television histories and aesthetics with a queer, DIY ethos. The works challenge hegemonic power structures through comedy, deviancy, and community, while pushing the boundaries of genre and performance.
