Montreal band ishi tishi has its roots in nature in the same way that a mimic octopus can disappear into the ocean floor before your very eyes and the dancing peacock spider's fearsome abdominal markings is just it's way of saying ‘hey babe.’ Creating fables about the human condition in a parallel universe not so unlike the world they live in, ishi tishi will take you on a journey to the point of concurrency among its three members' minds.
These members include eclectic musicians Chantal Allard, Jackie Gallant, and Ingrid Wissink, three artists associated with innumerable projects and coming from largely divergent musical backgrounds.
